Silver Fox Lane is a small scale, seasonal cut flower farm nestled amongst 20 acres of timber and wild flower fields just outside of Cedar Rapids in a little town called Toddville, Ia.

Each year we start thousands of seedlings indoors during the cold dark days of winter through the gusty, cool days of early spring. By mid March, we are busting at the seams and begin to transfer our little cool loving seedlings out into the field. Once the danger of frost has passed, we begin direct sowing all of our heat loving flowers by the beginning of May with our last succession sown in July. If we're lucky, we'll have blooms from May until mid October, or whenever Mother Nature decides.

We do not use any harsh chemicals or pesticides on our flowers. We prefer to harvest our blooms in the early morning, so if you're thinking about placing an order, let us know the night before so we can deliver the freshest flowers you've ever seen right to your doorstep!
