CSA stands for Community Supported Agriculture. When you join our CSA, you become the Community who Supports our farm so we can offer unique and sustainable flowers rooted in our ethos season after season. Your early contribution is a direct investment into our growth and provides the resources we need to purchase materials for our farm before each season begins.
WHAT IS IT?
Our Flower CSA is a pre-paid seasonal subscription that allows you to reserve a share of our flowers before they bloom. In return, we promise to deliver unique, locally grown, farm-fresh flowers right to your front door on a regular basis. In addition, we also offer a Cutting Garden share that includes a variety of plant starts that allow you to grow your very own cutting garden right at home.
WHAT MAKES US DIFFERENT
1. DELIVERY
Each week we deliver right to your front door or wherever you choose within a 20 mile radius of Cedar Rapids, IA.
2. PREMIUM FLOWERS
Our members receive the best of what's blooming first. For the past few years I have thoughtfully curated color palettes and varieties that are unique to our farm including sought after dahlias and lush perennials. We've actually been asked if certain flowers we grow are real. I can't think of a better compliment.
3. CSA OPTIONS TO FIT YOUR LIFE
Between summer vacations and activities, we know it's hard to commit to an entire season. That's why we offer a total of 5 CSA options to fit your busy life.
4. LIMITED SHARES = A BETTER EXPERIENCE FOR YOU
We cap our shares to better serve our community. We know things come up and that you may need to put a week on hold. We keep our community small so we can better accommodate those requests. It also allows me the space and time to create products I'm proud of and provide the service you expect.
OUR ETHOS
Seasonality, Sustainability + Safe Practices, Freshness + Quality, Community
We believe in working with what's in season. We believe in nurturing the soil using organic nutrients and building a bio diverse environment free of chemicals that helps prevent pests and disease. We believe in creating a haven for our pollinators and wildlife, all of whom play an integral role on our farm. We believe in providing the freshest flowers you can find in the Cedar Rapids area. We deeply believe in this work and we want to share it with you.
If you’ve been feeling the push to connect to something real, something beautiful and something meaningful, I invite you to join a community of like minded people and join our CSA. Your contribution gives you the unique opportunity to bring the beauty of our farm into your home and support your local flower farmer.
xoxo Darcy
